If you give consent on the request form or by phone, Cliffbank Lenders may text you about your business funding request: to set up a call, to ask a follow-up question, or to confirm the next step. We do not send promotional texts unrelated to your request.
Message frequency and charges
How many texts you get depends on how your request moves. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will get one message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or call (209) 509-1962. Opting out of texts does not cancel a request; tell us on the phone if you want that too.
Consent
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any funding request or offer.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The list of supported carriers can change.
Privacy
Phone numbers and message content are handled as described in the privacy policy in the footer. Mobile numbers collected for texting are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
